one of the people that i was closest to, during college (the second part), is getting married today.  i feel very sad not to be there.  in the end, i know it was my choice not to make the trip – life is crazy right now (which is sometimes crazy is a scary word for me to use), even crazier today then it was when i decided it was too crazy to make the trip…and we seem to be running pretty quickly.  as much i wanted to be dancing at her wedding, it just didn’t seem realistic.  still…tonight i feel sad not to be there…celebrating my friend.
